We've broadcast a number of meetings for various NHS Trusts and departments.

Whilst often a quite standard layout of top table presenters and slides, the challenge with public sector broadcasting is getting beyond firewalls.

We employed tunnelled RTMP over HTTP streaming to get beyond strict firewalls. An additional challenge for this type of streaming was to ensure that streamed content does not get handled by internal NHS proxies, which can be easily overloaded and limit available bandwidth to the internal network.
